Music Stars to Perform at Keeneland
Breeders’ Cup has a full roster of musical talent from all genres set to perform during the 2015 Breeders’ Cup World Championships at Keeneland. Notable acts include Tim McGraw, Chris Tomlin, St. Paul and the Broken Bones and the acoUstiKats. In addition, attendees of the Breeders’ Cup will also be treated to a special musical montage in honor of Frank Sinatra’s 100th birthday.
Kicking off the weekend, Jesse Laine Powell, Ross Whitaker and Jordan English will perform at the Apiary.. On Thursday, country star Tim McGraw will perform at Taste of the World presented by WinStar Farm. On Friday, Marlana VanHoose will sing the National Anthem alongside the Culver Academy Color Guard.
Closing out the Breeders’ Cup festivities Saturday, St. Paul and the Broken Bones will perform and Chris Tomlin will sing the National Anthem. The morning will finish with a performance of ‘My Old Kentucky Home’ by the acoUstiKats, the University of Kentucky men’s chorus.
